The apartment is located in a typical Engadine house directly on the main square of the village at the "Plaz". In the spacious entrance area there is a large bike room including an e-bike docking station in the garage. The staircase at the end of the entrance area leads to the cozy living room on the second floor of the apartment. The living room, furnished in "Alpine chic" style, is characterized in particular by the comfortable leather sofas, a beautiful old Engadine cupboard and a large dining table. The dining table in the middle of the living room and the sofa area invite you to linger over a glass of wine and good conversation. Three of the four bedrooms are each furnished with a box-spring double bed, while the children's room has two separate beds. The apartment also has another large bathroom and a well-equipped kitchen.

The shopping facilities are right on the doorstep. The bus stop is just 43m from the house "Sent, Plaz". The valley station of the mountain railroads and the Scuol-Tarasp train station are just a 15-minute ride away. There is a public parking lot just a few minutes' walk from the apartment - ideal if you are traveling with several cars.
