B Your Responsibilities – You Make a Difference:B • You perform service, repair, and maintenance work on customer bikes.• You work independently and with a customer-first mindset. • As a service provider, you skillfully meet customer requests and maintain a clear overview even in hectic situations. • You efficiently record, coordinate, and process orders using our digital tools. • You share our commitment to providing the perfect bike for every customer—technically flawless and individually tailored. • You are willing to participate in social rides and help us expand them. • You have a knack for sales and enjoy interacting with customers.Your Profile – What You Bring to the Table: • You have completed training as a bicycle mechanic (EFZ) or hold an equivalent qualification. • You have completed the vocational trainer course or are willing to do so.• You share our passion for bicycles and enjoy riding yourself. • You have a keen interest in technology and are committed to the further development of Thömus bikes. • You work independently, meticulously, and flexibly—even when things get hectic, you keep your cool and pitch in.• Teamwork, reliability, and a shared goal are second nature to you—you’re motivated to help yourself and the team grow.
