With our affordable, durable, and stylish e-bikes, we aim to encourage commuters to switch from cars to e-bikes. For our location in Lucerne, we are looking for a:

Bicycle Mechanic or STV Workshop Manager

Your Responsibilities

• Coordinating and performing service work on e-bikes
• Advising customers and selling bikes, e-bikes, and accessories.
• Quality assurance and process optimization.
• Planning and ordering of service and consumable items.
• Ensuring an attractive store appearance and appealing product presentation

Your Profile

• Ideally, a certified bicycle mechanic (EFZ), Bicycle Mechanic EFZ, or equivalent
• Independent and structured work style with a high degree of initiative
• Fluent German, entrepreneurial mindset and approach
• Service-oriented and solution-focused
• Willingness to work regularly on Saturdays
• Proficiency with MS Office and App-Room is a plus
