The Matajur is the mountain bike classic in the Soca Valley. The well-known descent rides down the south side, but a descent is also possible on the north side. This rides directly to Kobarid.

The Stoll foothills on Starijski Vrh offer a varied, but also very challenging trail descent to Kobarid.

The Stol crossing from Kobarid to Srpenica is one of the top tours in the Slovenian Soča Valley, which also impresses with its magnificent return journey to the starting point along the Soča river.
