Briançon | Ride MTB

The Col de l'Oule leads from Briançon down into the Vallée de la Clarée and, unlike the many super-fluid trails in the region, is a great technical riding challenge in an Alaska-like environment for once.

The Serre Chevalier area near Briançon is known for its large bike park. The official "Grand Serre Che" route rides through the entire area. However, this is quite boring, but the Ride version is a great enduro tour.

The Fort de la Croix de Bretagne towers high above the entrance to the Vallée des Ayes near Briançon. The fortress is the starting point for one of the best trail descents in Briançon.

The beautifully situated Lac de l'Orceyrette is a little-known trail area near Briançon, but offers a great two-part trail descent in addition to the scenic attractions.
