The Pampeago Trail is one of the flow highlights in Trentino and can be tackled wonderfully on a cross-province tour from the Val d'Ega. Thanks to the mountain railroads in Val di Fiemme, there are plenty of Elevation losses and a flow multipack for an acceptable amount of sweat.

A great beginners' and family tour with little elevation gain, but all the more adventure value. Around the Latemar in one day with kids and cones - the lift from Val di Fassa up to the 2121-metre-high Passo Feudo makes it possible. The best rest stop for tired heroes: the stylish Gardonè Alm at the middle station. Here you can eat in lounge chairs under palm trees.
