Alp Mora
Description
The alpine road starts at the entrance to the village of Trin, which you follow over 1200 meters in altitude to Muletg below Alp Mora. Here, the steep road turns into a singletrail descent through steep slopes and rocky sections. This section of the route is only recommended for experienced bikers with a head for heights and should also be covered on foot in dry conditions. However, the view of Flims is stunning. From Alp Lavadignas, a steep alpine path takes us to Bargis, from where we ride down a few meters on the asphalt road to the first right-hand serpentine. Immediately afterwards, a rough forest path starts on the left as a good shortcut. Back on the road, a flowing singletrail turns off to the left after just a few meters, which you follow to Trin Mulin. Follow the old main road out of the valley to Digg, where the signposted singletrail begins at the end of the village. In Tamins, continue along the old road to the banks of the Rhine, where the fun singletrail along the riverbank to Rossboden begins. Chur railroad station can be reached via the signposted cycle paths.

We did this tour in a slightly modified form, but the Alp Mora and the Lavadignastrail were part of it. If you ride clockwise to the glacier mills, practically everything is rideable on an e-bike.
The same applies to the Lavadignas Trail. Apart from two very short sections, everything is rideable. Provided you're not afraid of heights, it's technically rather easy. Down to Bargis it is unfortunately only an alpine road, but still beautiful.
A great tour that I can recommend without reservation.
I agree with ronic_45034.
I'm a normal Joe and I felt like I was pushing the bike 80% of the time on the Lavadignas Trail. Fun factor = 0
Once and never again.
We rode the route in a slightly different way. However, the section KM 11-15 is not really rideable for "Otto Normalo" and therefore 15 minutes of walking is not enough. The motto was more "if you love bikes, you push" and the fun was limited.
The trail after the Bargis restaurant (delicious snack) towards Fidaz was also not much fun. Over all - top scenery and hiking boots are the better choice for enjoying it.

We did the tour in August and started directly from Trin. The ascent on tar was very pleasant, the gradient moderate, only in the last part up to Alp Mora then steeper until the alpine path turns into a hiking trail where the bike has to be pushed (15 min). Once you reach the highest point, the trail leads into the valley and after a few rideable hairpin bends downhill you reach the point with the path in the rock. The trail then climbs steeply after the rock and leads along the slope to the alp on Lavadignas Miez. From there, an alpine path leads down to Bargis and you cover many meters in altitude.
At Bargis we chose the high-level trail towards Scheia (30 meters after the restaurant in the bend, turn right) The path is peppered with roots and stones. It is not really flowy, but ideal for lovers of technical passages. The path then rejoins the road at a hairpin bend and continues from there on a new route through the forest. The old path is closed due to a rockfall.
All in all a beautiful tour, especially the rocky path is certainly an experience. Unfortunately, due to a lack of alternatives, the descent is mostly on alpine pastures and gravel roads
Many greetings Dani
