In addition to the printed magazine, the Ride Gold subscription also offers additional digital services. The subscription is therefore for the recipient. 40 days before the end of the subscription period, they will receive a request for payment to extend their subscription. It is not possible for the purchaser to extend a gift Ride subscription.

You can view the subscription term at any time in the user profile under "Subscriptions".

40 days before the end of your subscription period, you will receive a message by email. You will then have the option to extend or cancel your subscription.

In the user profile under "Addresses", the details can be changed at any time or different delivery and billing addresses can be stored. The e-mail address can be changed in the user account under "Edit user profile".

A subscription can be upgraded at any time in the user profile under "Subscriptions". The new rights are assigned immediately when the subscription is changed. The remaining credit from the old subscription is displayed in the shopping cart and automatically deducted from the new subscription price.

You can buy a subscription voucher in the Ride online store using the following link: ride-mtb.com/shop/voucher-ride. After payment, you will find the promo code in the "Vouchers" section of the user profile, which can be passed on to the recipient. The recipient can redeem the voucher for all products from the online store.

Delivery is by post and usually takes one to three working days within Switzerland. Delivery to EU countries  is by Post Economy and can take up to ten working days according to the information provided.

Recording a job posting costs CHF 102.60 (incl. VAT) once. Bike shops with an active partner subscription can enter jobs free of charge.

For each tour you will find a fitness and riding technique scale.

Job psotings can be activated via the following link: ride-mtb.com/job-ads. As soon as the job advertisement has been purchased in the online store, the job can be entered in the user profile via the "My content" section. The job advertisement is published at ride-mtb.com/jobs.

Bikeshops with an active partner subscription can enter jobs free of charge.

Job postings can be edited directly within the advertisement using the "Edit" button. The creator must be logged in to be able to make an edit.

When the job posting is open, it can be adjusted under the "Edit" tab and set to inactive. The creator of the job advertisement must be logged in to be able to edit it.

The job posting is active for three months and is automatically deactivated afterwards.

The job postings will appear on ride-mtb.com/jobs. They are also integrated into Ride's weekly newsletter.

No, each individual job advertisement is subject to a fee. It is not possible to publish several jobs in one posting.
