The goal of the new Amflow models is simple: maximum performance, modern integration, and more options for different types of riders. While the PX Carbon (Powerful Extreme) is clearly designed for sportiness, light weight, and maximum agility, the PR Carbon (Powerful Removable) is aimed at riders who place particular value on versatility, range, and everyday practicality. Both models are available in both a Pro and a Basic version.
New Avinox M2S system with up to 150 Newton-meters
At the heart of the new models is the new Avinox M2S drive. With up to 150 Newton-meters of torque and 1,500 watts of peak power, the system is currently one of the most powerful solutions in the e-MTB sector. Despite this high performance, the drive unit remains remarkably compact and lightweight at around 2.59 kilograms.
The system uses multiple sensors and intelligent algorithms to continuously adapt the assistance to riding style and terrain. This is complemented by an Auto mode for situation-dependent assistance and a Boost mode for maximum power on particularly steep or technical sections. The result is a powerful yet natural riding experience.
While the new M2S drive is installed in three of the four new models, the base model of the PR Carbon features the new Avinox M2. This delivers 125 Newton-meters of torque and 1,100 watts of peak power and is aimed at riders who need slightly less maximum power but are still looking for a very powerful system.
Amflow PX Carbon: Light, agile, and uncompromisingly sporty
The new PX Carbon is the sportiest platform in the new Amflow lineup. The lightweight carbon frame weighs around 2.4 kilograms, and the complete bike starts at about 20.6 kilograms. This makes the bike ideal for ambitious riders seeking direct handling, high agility, and precise control.
The progressive geometry can be individually adjusted—including the head angle, bottom bracket height, and chainstay length. This allows the bike to be specifically tailored to riding style and intended use.
Both PX Carbon models feature the new Avinox M2S and combine high motor power with particularly dynamic handling. The PX Carbon is available starting at an MSRP of 6,499 Swiss francs.
Amflow PR Carbon: Focus on Versatility and Range
With the PR Carbon, Amflow is targeting a broader audience. The bike combines strong motor power with high everyday practicality and plenty of flexibility. The carbon frame weighs in at around 2.9 kilograms and is also based on an adjustable, progressive geometry.
The removable 800-Wh battery is particularly practical, making charging and handling much easier in everyday use. The range can be further extended as an option.
The Pro version features the powerful Avinox M2S. The base version of the PR Carbon uses the new Avinox M2 with 125 Newton-meters and 1,100 watts of peak power. This allows Amflow to offer different performance levels for various needs and budgets. The PR Carbon starts at an MSRP of 4,199 Swiss francs.
Smart system with app, navigation, and Apple integration
In addition to the motor and chassis, Amflow places a strong emphasis on digital integration. The system combines a modern, integrated display with the new Avinox Ride app.
Routes can be easily imported and synchronized via GPX, FIT, or TCX files. Once the data is transferred, the display takes over navigation independently and displays turn-by-turn directions as well as warnings for route deviations directly while riding.
Additionally, the system is compatible with Apple’s “Find My” network. This allows you to check the bike’s location and battery level at any time via the “Find My” app. An integrated search function also helps you quickly locate the bike.
Another highlight is the optional heart rate control: When paired with a compatible heart rate sensor, the system can automatically adjust motor assistance to the desired heart rate zone. This keeps the effort level consistent and makes the riding experience even more personalized.
With the new PX and PR models as well as the Avinox M2S, Amflow clearly demonstrates the direction in which modern e-MTBs are evolving: more power, intelligent integration, and a targeted focus on different rider types—from athletic trail riders to versatile touring riders.
