The bike manufacturer has recently made a name for itself with high-strength carbon fiber frames. But they can also do things differently: the Clay is made of aluminum and is recommended as an agile and fast trail bike. The geometry and kinematics, adapted to every frame size, should ensure ideal integration into the bike. The focus here is particularly on riders over 2 meters tall.

In 2020, Last presented the Tarvo, an extremely lightweight enduro bike. Since then, the Last makers have steadily expanded their expertise in the fiber composite material carbon. As a result of this increased know-how, there is now a repair program for carbon frames.

With the new generation of the Glen and Coal models, Last is continuing its proven platform strategy: the Glen impresses as a versatile all-mountain bike with reserves and the Coal focuses clearly on enduro. The independent character of the bikes is realized through interchangeable rockers and links. The new aluminum platform combines robustness, ease of maintenance, quality and low weight with maximum resilience.

Back in May 2020, the German bike manufacturer caused jaws to drop in the enduro category in terms of frame and overall weight. And now there's more to come: with the Celos downcountry bike and the Asco trail bike. The carbon frames manufactured in Germany enable a frame weight of 1.79 kg. The two bikes are based on the same frame, with the differences resulting from different fork lengths and additional shock travel.

You might think that the enduro mountain bike has long since been invented. But then the German bike manufacturer Last comes along - and follows up with a carbon racer whose frame is manufactured entirely in Germany and not only looks good with its 2 kilogram weight.
