The carbon friction iron becomes reality. The Valais bike manufacturer is producing the first small series of the "RibisuRocket" from the best carbon fibers. With its 204 millimetres of suspension travel, it may be the youngest Ribisu offspring, but it is versatile and very well thought out. For example, despite its downhill geometry, the bike has a short wheelbase in order to remain agile for the bike park but also on single trails.

The Visp-based frame manufacturer Ribisu worked with aluminum for a long time - and a lot of milling. A downhill frame was milled from a block weighing almost a hundred kilos, which not only boasted a unique look. However, it was not possible to achieve series maturity with such complex milling work. Now the Valais-based company is opening the next chapter, made of carbon.
