The first Swiss Gravel Championships were held as part of the Gravel Festival Bern. In the women’s race, Lea Huber took the win ahead of Nicole Koller and Elena Hartmann. In the men’s race, Lars Forster won the sprint from a small group, ahead of Filippo Colombo and Fabio Püntener.

Germany's Helen Weber dominates the Elite Women's race with five stage wins, while France's Adrien Dailly successfully defends his title in the Elite Men's race. The first rainbow jerseys of the weekend will be awarded in the Finale Outdoor Region in Liguria (Italy).

After a season filled with qualifying races around the globe, riders from more than 20 nations traveled to Beijing to compete for the coveted rainbow jersey at the UCI Pump Track World Championships. The field included experienced World Championship competitors, national champions, and a new generation of riders.
