Red Bull is in talks with Stuttgart to hold a downhill race of the Cerro Abajo series in the capital of the 2-meter rule. The date and course plan have already been set. But no permit yet. The community vacillates between disbelief and anticipation.

Ride published a major report on the situation of mountain bikers in Stuttgart in the July issue (N°92). On this occasion, the tour database and, above all, the route network of the Trail Map were also considerably expanded with data from the region. Four trail initiatives in Germany have received a grant from Trek in 2023. Three of them are active in Baden-Württemberg and show that single trails can be opened up there too.
