At Atherton, bikes are being launched that are built for difficult terrain and can be customized. But there is no e-mountain bike yet. However, they are working flat out on the Dyf-E to power up the Athertons. And at Restrap, they are not only passionate about bikepacking equipment, but also about touring with it, focusing on a fascinating cinematic summary of a gravel trip in Vietnam.

At Atherton Bikes, there is an interesting portfolio for mountain-oriented mountain biking - but so far no e-mountain bike. This is set to change, and the developers are letting us in on the Map, but are by no means letting the cat out of the bag early: it remains to be seen which motor will be used.

How gravel adventure works

Restrap

Restrap not only produces bikepacking bags and bike accessories, but the team also plans a big tour once a year to put the equipment through its paces. This time, northern Vietnam is on the agenda - from Hanoi to the northern mountains on the border with China, in search of the legendary Ma Pi Leng Pass.
