Bosch eBike Systems is launching its eleventh training season for specialist dealers on October 12. At more than 320 dates in 14 countries - including the Czech Republic for the first time - e-bike dealers can expand their knowledge of Bosch eBike Systems products. "Customer satisfaction is our focus and excellent service is a prerequisite for this. With our annual training tour, we offer dealers the opportunity to optimally prepare for the coming season. We are looking forward to exchanging ideas with our specialist dealers from all over Europe again this year," says Armin Harttig, Head of Sales and Service at Bosch eBike Systems. The safety of participants and trainers is the top priority for all training sessions. All events are adapted to the Covid-19 regulations applicable in the individual countries.

The training sessions will focus on the new features for the 2021 model year, including the new Nyon on-board computer and the Kiox navigation function as well as software updates for the Performance Line CX and Cargo Line. Participants will also get to know the new functions of the DiagnosticTool on site, which make working with service cases even more efficient and easier.

New Bosch eBike specialist advisor for French-speaking Switzerland

Bosch eBike Systems is strengthening its team of expert advisors in Switzerland for the new training season. From fall 2020, Mathieu Troquier, an experienced industry professional, will be joining the Bosch service team. He will support specialist dealers in the French-speaking region of Switzerland and conduct training courses in French-speaking Switzerland. According to Bosch, the specialist consultant team for Switzerland with Markus Schleszsies, Jürgen Wöss and Mathieu Troquier is looking forward to an exciting exchange with the specialist dealers.
