Pedro's USA, manufacturer of bike care products, tools, pumps and other accessories, is relying on a partnership with Trek for European distribution. The aim is to increase the density of the network of dealers who stock Pedro's products and to open up additional markets in Europe. This partnership has already proved successful in North America, Australia and the UK. This is nothing new for the Swiss market either: Pedro products have been distributed by Villiger Parts & Accessories for years - since this year under the umbrella of the Trek-Villiger Bicycle Group based in Dübendorf.

The care product and tool manufacturer Pedros is passing into Swiss hands. The Lausanne-based investment firm Sports adVentures International SA, together with the management, is taking over the American company from its previous owner.

Pedros will support its European customers from Switzerland in future. At the beginning of July, the American care product and tool specialist will open an office in Lausanne, which will take care of contact with European sales partners.
