On June 28 and 29, the Bellwald Bike Park and Rodeo Bike will be hosting the legendary Riding High Festival. The bike park will be fully open, the hottest brands will be bringing their test bikes and raclette, barbecue, cold beer and a party will be provided.

Transition has a new recipe for uninhibited enduro fun: the Patrol relies on a wheel mix, which nowadays means a 29er wheel at the front and a 27.5 wheel at the rear. The stroke is 160 millimetres, the geometry and suspension are modern and adapted to the Mullet wheel system.

Transition has a new horse in the stable: the "Spur" roars over the trails with 120 millimeters of travel at the front and rear suspension elements, the 29er wheels are a matter of course. Interestingly, Transition describes the bike not as down-country but as all-country.

The new Sentinel from Transition is described as a tough all-rounder and the key data of the Twentyniner also suggest the same. With its 150 millimeters of rear travel, it is ready to take a beating. If you prefer all-mountain to enduro, the carbon frame is also available with 140 millimetres of travel. In addition to the perfect finish, the frame also accommodates long-stroke variable seat posts.

Aluminum, aluminum and then aluminum again: If you take a look at Transition's portfolio, you will discover very little carbon. The 29er Sentinel from Caron finally rolled out, and now the short-stroke Smuggler is also available not only in metal, but also in black carbon. Refreshingly, Transition doesn't make a "stiffer, lighter, better" marketing ploy out of it, but a funny video story.

A new geometry doctrine is turning the Transition portfolio on its head. The bikes are not only "longer, slacker, lower" in terms of fashion, but also rely on a proprietary solution with spring forks with a lower offset. The innovation offensive also includes a new, aggressive 29er at the start.

When you think of hardtails, you quickly associate them with fast cross-country laps. Not so with the two new hardtails from Transition: although they are also designed to be fast, they are above all fun - the Transition makers casually refer to them as bikes for the "party in the woods".
