Swiss bike fans had to wait until August 2019 for the market launch of Canyon Bicycles GmbH, based in Koblenz, Germany. Now the world's No. 1 direct-2-consumer bike brand is taking the next decisive step: on April 1, 2020, Canyon switched its online store to gross prices for Swiss customers too. While customers with a Swiss delivery address previously had to pay taxes and customs duties on the net prices of bikes and accessories themselves, this additional effort will no longer be necessary in future.
