As part of its quality monitoring process, bicycle manufacturer Cube has determined that the aluminum threaded insert in the pedal mount area of the 2026 Acid Carbon Hybrid crankset may suddenly break off. The recall affects 2026 model year Cube Hybrid models equipped with 2026 Acid Carbon Hybrid cranksets that were shipped before May 8, 2026.
