After several years of development work, DT Swiss has started production of "high-end" rims in Switzerland. Only welded rims are to be manufactured, with production based on the SBWT (strengt boost welding technology) process developed by DT Swiss. This innovative welding technology guarantees a torsionally rigid and homogeneous rim.
From January 2003, DT Swiss will begin worldwide delivery of MTB rims (V-brake and disc rims). Rims for the road sector (Road) and rims for the trekking/touring sector will follow in the course of 2003.
