The main component of the Quad Lock is the case, which is attached to the iPhone. This serves as a sturdy protective cover on the one hand and as a counterpart for the various holders on the other. The cut-outs for the connector and camera are present as usual. The case is made of sturdy polycarbonate plastic and therefore offers optimum protection. The passive part of the fastening device for the various mounts is located on the back.
