Mavic rolls under US company umbrella

Amer Sports, the parent company of Mavic, had been looking for a new owner for the French clothing and wheel specialist since fall 2018. The sale has now been completed and Mavic is now owned by a US investment firm.

Amer Sports - a group that includes brands such as Salomon, Arc'teryx, Peak Performance and Atomic - has sold Mavic to the US investment company Regent. Carbon specialist Enve remains in the ownership of Amer Sports for the time being; Amer Sports had also previously shown intentions to sell this company.
