Borflex-Rex SA is a versatile company: The most important mainstay is products for rail transportation. However, the portfolio also includes covers for electronic devices and seals for the food industry. Borflex-Rex SA's products for the cycling sector are better known under the name Swissstop.

The company has invested heavily in this segment, with a fully automated production facility going into operation at its headquarters in Mendrision. More than one million pairs of disc brake pads are produced on an area of around 500 square meters. With almost 50 different disc pads, Swissstop covers a wide range of brake manufacturers and offers several pad blends.
