With the information provided by the customer, such as the desired tire size or tire width, the consultant uses an artificial intelligence-supported system to determine the right tire from the 80 or so models in the Schwalbe range.

Schwalbe developed the tire finder together with its partner neocom (neocom.ai). With the help of the tool, Schwalbe offers a digital consultation option for quick tire selection. Schwalbe's bicycle tire advisor is now ready for use and can be found on the website. The advisor is being continuously developed. A feedback tool is integrated on the right-hand side, which can be used to submit comments or suggestions for improvement.
