Ischgl wants to become the new mountain bike Mecca of the Alps: The famous winter destination is planning to expand a comprehensive single trail network in the Idalp ski area for the 2003 summer season. To this end, Ischgl has engaged the world's most famous mountain bike trial specialist Hans Rey. The multiple world champion and show star has set himself the task of adding new sections to the many existing trails, thereby creating and promoting a network of easy bike trails of all levels of difficulty.
