The focus of the family business is on individual bicycles built to customer specifications. These are assembled by hand in Bocholt. Quality, tradition and innovation define ROSE's services. Customers use the online configurator to put together their dream bike so that it is ideally and specifically tailored to their area of use, ergonomics, budget and technical preferences.

In early 2015, ROSE Bikes GmbH won the "Store of the Year Award" for its new and revolutionary ROSE BIKETOWN store concept in Munich. This concept merges the digital world, online retail and bricks-and-mortar retail.

A similar concept has been in place in Switzerland since May 2015: the showroom offers customers the opportunity to see ROSE bikes live, which were previously only available online, and to try them out on the nearby test tracks. In addition to bicycles, several tablets are available on which customers can put together their dream bike in such a way that it is ideally tailored to the needs and preferences of the respective customer. Due to the many requests from 2015, the range of test and show bikes has now been further expanded so that an extensive selection of the large 2016 ROSE model range is available for customers.
