The new Scott Spark caused a lot of discussion immediately after its launch. Did Scott copy Bold Cycles? Yes and no. Scott has owned the Bold brand and therefore its patents since 2019. At first glance, the Spark clearly looks like the subsidiary's bikes, but at second glance there are some differences.

The Cross-Country World Cup in Leogang will feature an unusual eye-catcher: the Scott-Sram team led by Nino Schurter will be at the start with brand new bikes that have the rear shock absorber sunk into the inside of the frame.
