RAD Solutions is a growing Swiss distributor of premium brands in the cycling world. We work closely with bike shops, retailers, and partners throughout Switzerland.

We’re looking for someone with an entrepreneurial spirit who enjoys pitching in across various areas and isn’t afraid to get their hands dirty. The role is versatile and includes sales, customer support, technical and warranty support, order fulfillment, workshop tasks, and events.

As RAD continues to grow, you’ll have the opportunity to develop your role over time in the direction of sales, operations, or marketing—depending on where your strengths and interests lie. Work location: Rieden bei Baden, AG.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

• Customer Support: You’ll assist our retailers by phone and email with product questions, replacement parts, compatibility, and availability. Sometimes you’ll also take orders directly and enter them into the system.
• Sales: The opportunity to get involved in sales—both over the phone and through in-person visits to bicycle retailers—while managing a mutually agreed-upon region in Switzerland.
• Warranty & Technical Support: You’ll assist us with occasional warranty claims and technical workshop tasks, such as wheel building or other technical product support.
• Packing & Shipping: You’ll prepare and ship customer orders. We’re a small team—so everyone pitches in.
• Workshop & Test Bikes: You’ll keep our test bikes in good condition and occasionally build or prepare bikes for demos and events.
• Events: You’ll support RAD at dealer events, races, demos, and other bike events throughout the year.

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE

• Strong technical understanding of bicycles
• Experience in wheel building
• Good communication skills in person, on the phone, and via email
• A hands-on, organized, and independent work style
• You’re comfortable switching between different tasks
• Proactive mindset and entrepreneurial spirit
• Reliable and customer-oriented
• Fluent in Swiss German or Standard German
• Good English skills
• French is a plus

Training as a bicycle mechanic is a plus, but for us, the right attitude, practical skills, and the desire to grow alongside the company are just as important.
