Test the bikes for the 2017 season now - that's the motto of the bike test event, which will take place in Gryon on Saturday, October 1 to Monday, October 3 from 09:00 to 16:00. Until now, Monday was reserved for trade visitors from the bike stores, but this day will now be open to the general public.

Substantial increase in exhibitors: from 24 to 30 brands

For the eighth edition of the test event, visitors to the Place de Barboleuse, located between Gryon and Villars, can expect to see new bikes from Bixs, Bergamont, BMC, Bold, Bianchi, Centurion, Corratec, Focus, Felt, Flyer, Giant, Intense, Kellys, Cannondale, Trek, Kalkhoff, Merida, Norco, NS Bikes, Rocky Mountain, Stoll, Stöckli, Stevens, Scott, Specialzied, Santa Cruz, TDS, Transition, Wheeler and Yeti. In terms of accessories, visitors can look forward to parts from Uvex, Ion, Compex, Swiss Alps Wheel and Shimano.

With numerous exhibitors, Bike Test Gryon is enjoying growing popularity: from 2014 with 17 bike exhibitors and 2015 with 24 bike exhibitors, the event is clearly growing on the supplier side with 30 bike brands for 2016. Brands such as Stoll and NS Bikes will be flying their flags at the Bike Test in the Waddtland Alps for the first time.

New Flow Trail

Transportation on the Barboleuse-les Chaux lift is included in the entrance fee of twenty francs. There will also be an e-bike test course to give e-bikes an authentic test procedure and on the Friday of the event from 14:00 to 18:00 there will be an "Electric Session" where bikes from well-known motor manufacturers can be compared.

New in Gryon is also a fresh flow trail, which should not only provide riding fun but also authentic test conditions.
