For the 2017 season, Stevens is making quite a splash with the E-Fullies: With the E-Sledge and E-Whaka, potent bikes are rolling into rough terrain, which promise a lot of safety thanks to 160mm and 140mm travel and are equipped with Shimano's latest motor technology and electronics.

The Hamburg-based bike manufacturer Stevens has completely revamped its e-mountainbike range for 2017 with Bosch and Shimano motors and Plus tires. A whopping five new hardtails and four new e-fullys cover the entire range of mountain bike disciplines with 100 to 160 millimetres of suspension travel. Ride presents the new e-hardtails first.

Swiss Stevens importer TDS Rad AG is putting together a new package for specialist dealers who stock the bikes from Hamburg. Thanks to an intensified cooperation between TDS and Swiss Bike Tours, the retailer will receive one- to two-day bike tours tailored to their needs.

The specialist retailer Adrian Blechschmidt is launching a concept store in Zurich that focuses entirely on Stevens bikes. This is a first for the Hamburg-based bicycle manufacturer, which has not previously relied on mono stores. The opening will take place on December 15.

The 650b fever is also spreading at the Hamburg bike manufacturer. The product of this development push is called "Sledge" and levels the terrain with 150 millimetres of suspension travel. For hardtail purists, the range also includes an uncompromisingly light machine.

The engineers at Stevens have really let off steam on the new and completely self-developed "Fluent". The revision has not only resulted in a weight saving of around 200 grams compared to the previous model, but has also incorporated a few other trendy innovations.

The German bicycle manufacturer Stevens is recalling seat posts that were fitted to numerous mountain bikes, racing bikes, cross and trekking bikes between September 2005 and August 2006. There is a risk of the saddle clamp coming loose on the affected "Oxygen Driver" aluminum seat post.
