All Helm forks from Cane Creek are designed for modularity, so that only 10 millimeters of spacers are required to change the travel of a Helm AIR fork. The independently adjustable positive and negative air chambers and the self-contained, indexed volume adjustment system allow each rider to adjust their fork to suit their personal riding style or the trail.

All Helm MKII forks are designed with modularity in mind.

All Helm MKII Air forks can be adjusted internally from 100 millimetres to 160 millimetres in 10 millimetre increments.

The Helm MKII Coil combines the innovative damping and suspension characteristics for which Cane Creek forks are known with the sensitivity and predictability of a next-generation coil fork. The sprung version of the Helm MKII Coil brings consistent confidence to tackle the roughest off-camber sections of the trail with ease.

The Helm MKII Coil forks can be adjusted to a suspension travel of 130 millimetres to 160 millimetres with the additional purchase of coil springs.

All Cane Creek suspension products are handcrafted in Western North Carolina and put through their paces in the Pisgah National Forest. This limited edition Sunburst Helmet MKII is available for $1099.99 while supplies last.
