After acquiring the clothing specialist "Sugoi", the American bicycle manufacturer "Cannondale" is expanding further into the clothing sector and is entering into a cooperation with the Italian shoe manufacturer "Diadora". The partnership, which begins with the 2006 spring collection, secures Cannondale the exclusive distribution rights for Diadora cycling shoes in the USA and Japan. In Europe, the two companies intend to distribute the cycling shoes under a joint label.
