After the event last took place five years ago, the new organizers are bringing it back to life as part of Züri Fäscht 2019 under the corresponding label "freestyle.ch Züri Fäscht Edition". The daring jumps of the FMX, EFMX and BMX riders will be on display from July 5 to 7 on the Landiwiese in Zurich. "The freestyle.ch Züri Fäscht Edition should lay the foundation for a successful future for the spectacle, which has been one of the highlights of the Zurich event calendar for so long," says Rolf Ronner, Managing Director of the organizing ZO Festival AG.

Freestyle at its finest

The program of the "freestyle.ch Züri Fäscht Edition" promises numerous highlights. One of these is the show contest on Friday, which will be kicked off by FMX legend Mat Rebeaud on his latest electric motocross (EFMX) and is eagerly awaited: "I have a long and successful history with freestyle.ch. I'm already looking forward to showing off some spectacular jumps at freestyle.ch," says Rebeaud. In addition to the performances by international FMX stars at the weekend, the program also includes a highlight for mountain bike fans: on Saturday, national and international athletes will present their most spectacular tricks at the massive Mountain Bike Big Air.

Monster stand-up paddling race

On Saturday, there will also be a temporary switch from wheels to boards on the banks of the Landiwiese. At the big Monster Stand-Up Paddling Race, visitors can compete with each other and demonstrate their sporting talent on SUP boards.
