Hirzl keeps your fingers warm

Glove specialist Hirzl is starting the new year with four new glove concepts. These cover the wishes of various winter sports enthusiasts. Hirzl is also presenting a modular glove system for the first time, which applies the onion-skin principle to the glove sector.

With the inner glove, a warm all-round glove and the wind and water-repellent, insulated overglove, the young Swiss company presents three products to defy the cold. Complementing this line is the first five-finger glove for multi-sport or everyday urban use. The gloves are also characterized by their flexibility and thus their small pack size.

The Hirzl "GRIPPP Tour Thermo" is an ideal cycling glove for the transition period or for active winter sports such as cross-country skiing, ski touring or ice skating. Hirzl's "GRIPPPTM technology" with specially tanned kangaroo leather ensures a secure grip - even in wet conditions. The back of the glove is made from lightweight, wind- and waterproof softshell material. The "GRIPPP Tour Thermo" is also equipped with stretch inserts on the knuckles, a pull-on aid, a terry cloth wipe insert on the thumb and a full Lycra cuff at the wrist opening. This hand protection is suitable for a temperature range of 5 to 15 degrees. In combination with the "FINGER JACKET" even down to freezing point.

The Hirzl "FINGER JACKET" mentioned above is an over-glove that is used when it gets nasty outside. This over-glove protects two fingers separately from the others. This allows the fingers to keep warm, but still be flexible enough to operate the gears and brakes properly, for example. The "FINGER JACKET" overglove is best used in combination with the "GRIPPP TOUR" series and the "MULTISPORT CHILLY". There is a precisely fitting opening in the palm through which the grippy leather material comes into contact with the handlebars. An additional lining on the outside of the hand and the water- and wind-repellent material guarantee long-lasting warm and dry hands. The tight-fitting Lycra cuff at the wrist opening reliably prevents wind and cold from penetrating.

Hirzl also offers an all-round glove for multisport and leisure. The "MULTISPORT CHILLY" is suitable for various sports in cool temperatures. A special patch on the index finger also makes the glove suitable for smartphones. This glove is also said to be characterized by a secure grip.

In addition to this glove line, Hirzl has the "SILK light" underglove for outdoor athletes in its range. Thanks to the natural silk fiber, the "Silk light" is not only warming and insulating, but also breathable and moisture-regulating. This is worn in combination with other gloves.
