Following the iXS Cup races, the European Downhill Championships will take place in Maribor - probably the best line-up in years. Frenchman Loris Vergier takes the men's title ahead of compatriot Benoit Coulanges and Danny Hart (GBR). Monika Hrastnik from Slovenia won the women's race ahead of the Italians Eleonora Farina and Veronika Widmann. Camille Balanche finished fourth, three seconds behind, while Emilie Siegenthaler came seventh.
