The parent company of MTB Cycletech, Schliermer Velobaze AG, is venturing into Germany. According to a press release, the company plans to offer the brand across the Rhine in the future, and the German version of the website is already active.
The background to this expansion may be that Cycletech's flagship MTB bike, the "Opium" fully, was regularly awarded top marks by German trade magazines - but it was not available to buy. This is likely to change in the future.
