Nino Schurter's new weapon
With Matthieu van der Poel skipping the World Cup in Andorra, Nino Schurter expects Gerhard Kerschbaumer to be one of his main rivals for the win. Kerschbaumer won the race in the small country last year, and he won the Swiss Cup in Andermatt last weekend, while Schurter did not contest this race "I want to start this most important block of this season with the best possible result and win my 31st World Cup race on Sunday," says Schurter, leaving no doubt about his ambitions.
Schurter will attack the World Cup circuit with the brand new Scott Spark RC 900 WC N1NO frameset. The frameset from Scott's 2020 collection will be available in stores from the end of July. This Scott Spark RC 900 WC N1NO HMX frameset comes with a RockShox SID Ultimate fork. The suspension fork is combined with a special Rock Shox Nude 3-Mode damper. The TwinLoc system developed by Scott allows the rider to control the suspension performance and geometry of a bike at the same time.World champion Kate Courtney as well as Andri Frischknecht and European champion Lars Forster will also be attacking on individual silver Spark RC World Cup frames.
