All the cotton fabric for the Tee-Cycle T-shirts already exists, so no new cotton is grown to make the shirts. Instead, Patagonia takes the old T-shirts you bring back and makes the Infinna fiber from them. They are combined with the cotton scraps from production that would otherwise end up in landfill. In the end, brand new shirts are made from 100 percent recycled materials.
