After a failed timed run on Saturday, Lars Peyer wins the last race of the season on Sunday. Starting early, last year's Swiss champion takes the lead with a clear best time. Only when Alexandre Lohner crosses the finish line in the same second does Peyer briefly hold his breath. However, the clock stopped 15 hundredths of a second later and Peyer was able to celebrate winning the race. Behind Lohner in third place rode Peyer's team-mate Joe Connell from England.

Thanks to his second place, Alexandre Lohner displaces Swiss driver Felix Klee from the top spot in the overall standings. Klee had to settle for eighth place in the race, but was nevertheless delighted with his second place overall. Frenchman Maxime Chapuis finished third overall, taking ninth place in the race. The other Swiss in the overall standings are Martin Frei in fourth place, Lars Peyer in seventh place and Billy Caroli in tenth place.

In the women's race, there was a thriller for overall victory. Emilie Siegenthaler wins both the timed run and the race, scoring the highest number of points. However, the Swiss champion has nothing to do with the overall standings. With just this one Swiss Cup race, Siegenthaler takes fifth place in the overall standings. This goes to Alba Wunderlin, who, with her third place in Bellwald, knocks Martina Brühlmann, who until then had been the narrow leader, off the podium. Tied on points with Brühlmann, Frenchwoman Laura Lohner finishes second overall, as she also takes second place in the final race. Brühlmann, on the other hand, had to settle for sixth place in the race.

The final race of the season in Bellwald is once again a complete success. With around 370 participants, the organization was able to set a new attendance record. This was not least due to the good reputation of the Bellwald downhill race and the excellently prepared and attractive course. The "iXS Swiss Downhill Cup" final is also one of the best races on the circuit in terms of spectator numbers.Ranking
