Bike Clean Wet Cleaner

First impression
The bike cleaner is available in a standard 500 milliliter spray bottle or in two- and five-liter containers for refilling. The "Bio OECD 302" label is emblazoned on the front. This identifies water-soluble, non-volatile, filterable substances that are generally or potentially biodegradable. Hopefully basically and not potentially. In use

Anti Seize

First impression
The assembly paste is available in cans of 100 and 800 grams. The small container has a brush in the lid for application. The white paste has a slightly firmer consistency than standard commercial grease and is almost odorless. The product is designed to protect against contact corrosion and increase friction in screw connections - especially those made of metal. For connections with carbon and other composite materials, the carbon paste listed below is recommended.

In use
The "Anti Seize" paste is easy to apply to contact surfaces and threads using the brush in the lid. At least until most of the paste has been used up, then it becomes a little difficult to get it out of the edges of the can. This works better with a gloved finger.

Conclusion
The Motorex "Anti Seize" is a classic assembly paste, just the way you want it. Joints that have been loosened again after around eight months still have a residual film of the product. There were no problems with compatibility with other metals or materials.

Carbon Paste

The carbon paste is available in containers of 100 or 850 grams, depending on requirements. The product has a gel-like consistency and is colorless. The 100 gram can is also equipped with a brush.

In use
It is advisable to use the assembly paste for all connections with carbon or other composite materials. In addition to preventing contact corrosion, the relevant parts can be fastened with 30 percent less tightening torque. This is because the paste increases the adhesive effect and reduces torsional forces.Conclusion

Bike Grease

First impression
The 100 gram can is identical to the products listed above. The grease has a neon yellow color, which comes from the calcium base. The lubricant is said to have high pressure resistance and is water-repellent. According to Motorex, it is neutral towards elastomers and seals and prevents galvanic corrosion.

In use
There is a vast number of bike greases on the market, many of them for a very specific purpose. However, there are also products that are ideal for all kinds of lubrication and greasing work - including this grease. Whether for lubricating bearings with high rotations, such as the bottom bracket, or headsets and pivot points of the rear triangle with little rotation. The grease binds dirt perfectly and, if used correctly and generously, keeps water out even after a dozen bike washes.

Conclusion
The "Bike Grease" from Motorex is a classic all-round grease. Nothing more and nothing less.

Chainlube Allround

First impression
The chain oil comes in a 100-milliliter bottle. For frequent lubricators, there is a 5-liter can and extreme lubricators can even purchase a 200-liter drum.

In use
Motorex has an impressive seven chain oils in its range. The Allround lives up to its name and has proven to be a favorite thanks to its medium viscosity and good adhesion and lubrication properties. Very practical: if you turn the cap by a few degrees, its tip opens and the oil can be applied to the chain in precise doses.

Conclusion
The "Chainlube Allround" from Motorex performed well in both dry and wet conditions. When it comes to the longevity of chain oils, opinions differ. Some want to cover an infinite number of kilometers with one dose, while others prefer to clean their bikes intensively after two or three rides, including the drivetrain. The latter approach has proven itself and the issue of longevity is therefore no longer relevant.
