Tire update for the smart Sam

Schwalbe is launching new versions of the "Smart Sam" mountain bike tire. The "Smart Sam Plus" has been awarded the E-bike Ready 50 seal of approval and the classic "Smart Sam" is now also available in two 27.5-inch sizes.

The "Smart Sam Plus" is a version with an extra-safe puncture protection belt. This off-road e-bike tire has now been awarded the E-Bike-Ready 50 seal. This means it is approved for fast touring and mountain e-bikes in accordance with the ECE-R75 standard applicable throughout Europe. The "Smart Sam Plus" is available in the sizes 26 x 2.25-inch, 27.5 x 2.25-inch and 29 x 2.10-inch. With this seal of approval, it is a good choice for the currently increasingly popular off-road e-bikes. Schwalbe is also launching the Smart Sam Plus in three new sizes: 26 x 2.10-inch and 28 x 1.60-inch. Incidentally, one third of the "Greenguard" puncture protection belt of the "Smart Sam Plus" is made from recycled plastic.

The classic "Smart Sam" is also available in new variants. It is now also available in two 27.5-inch sizes, in 2.10- and 2.25-inch widths, as well as in the 26 x 2.10-inch size with "Raceguard" puncture protection.
