The time has come this fall: Veloplus is opening a new store in Zurich Oerlikon. The location at Binzmühlestrasse 80 in Oerlikon is no coincidence: the specialist for bicycle accessories and bicycles can look back on thirty years of company history and the starting shot was fired in Oerlikon. Today, 31 years later, Veloplus is returning to its roots and the ninth Veloplus store is opening its doors in Oerlikon this fall.

The first Veloplus store in Zurich opened back in August 2013. It is centrally located at Konradstrasse 19 directly behind Zurich main station. The seven other stores are located in Basel, Biel, Emmenbrücke, Ostermundigen, St. Gallen, Wetzikon and Winterthur. The ninth Veloplus store is now located on Binzmühlestrasse, right next to Bächli Bergsport and close to Eventhalle 622. The new store will boast a wide range of bicycle accessories and bicycles. In addition, there is a fully equipped bicycle workshop in the middle of the store.About the workshop: In the winter months of 2018 - after St. Gallen and Basel - the Veloplus workshops in Wetzikon and Ostermundigen were converted and expanded. On the one hand, this expansion is aimed at reducing waiting times for customers and, on the other, creating attractive jobs for employees. When expanding the workshops, the bicycle service provider paid particular attention to bright and open workspaces. Customers should be able to look over the mechanics' shoulders as they work and the mechanics should be given the opportunity to communicate with customers as directly as possible.www.veloplus.ch
