In the report "Destiny made by oneself", Ride visits two young South Africans, Azu and Sipho, who found their way to mountain biking thanks to the help of Christoph Sauser. Born into the poorest of the poor in a township, Sauser's aid project Songo.info changed their lives.

Steffi Marth discovered the "Peoples Bike Republic China" for Ride. She discovered the trails of the People's Republic with a horde of Chinese riders in a dust trail.

The Passo Invergneux is an inconspicuous spot in the Aosta Valley. But the single trail from the 2900-metre-high crossing makes it one of the best descents in the Alps. If the Motta Palousa were traded on the stock market, it would be an insider tip with above-average performance. The tour between Lenzerheide and Savognin really does have what it takes to be an outperformer. The Rheinufer Trail leads from Eglisau to Schaffhausen and back. The route consists mainly of flowing single trails and is considered one of the routes that is fun for beginners to advanced riders. The Blindsee, one of Austria's most idyllic bodies of water, is located directly on the Fernpass. Meanwhile, it has established itself as a rewarding touring area for mountain bikers.
