The 25-page Lounge covers everything that's going on in mountain biking at the moment. And with tour reports from Interlaken, Graubünden, Valais and the Vosges, the magazine also lives up to its first-class reporting character.

In addition, there is a detailed report on the psychology of mountain bikers. Author Tanja Brunnhuber shows why we ride two wheels and why we want to ride on single trails of all places. Some readers will find themselves surprised by Brunnhuber's theories and approaches.

Ride traveled to Scotland for issue 02 and took a closer look at the "7 stances". The trail network in the UK's hinterland is unparalleled, and some people will ask themselves after reading this: Why isn't there anything like this here on the mainland yet?

The tour reports in Ride 02/2015 take up a whopping 42 pages. The pictures are extraordinary, and Ride traveled to the Vosges Mountains, among other places, to capture them. The Grand Balon was the destination, which is located just 30 kilometers north of Basel and is considered an insider tip for single trails. The magazine also features the Monte Rosa Circuit, a high-alpine tour from Saas Fee via the Aosta Valley to Zermatt. There is also a tour report from the Via Mala gorge, which, according to legend, has caused many a sorrow, but today hides one of the most beautiful single trail descents far and wide. The highlight of the magazine, however, is the route to the Augstmatthorn near Interlaken. The descent offers spectacular scenery and just as much trail fun down to Lake Brienz.
