The tour to the Blüemlisalphütte in the Bernese Oberland, for example, is beautiful. The tour to Piz Umbrail in Val Müstair is good but also impressive. The Lötschentaler Höhenweg is beautiful and good, even if many hikers think the same. Above all, the tour to Col Lauson in the Aosta Valley is beautiful, but hard on the limit. But mountain biking offers more than just singletrails. This can be seen on the Lebanon Mountain Trail. The Syrian war is not far away here and the civil war was not long ago. Ride features a report on how to get a little closer to world history on a mountain bike. There is also a great story about how mountain biking remains a passion when you lose an arm, a leg or even your eyesight. Ride shows impressive people and their strokes of fate.
 
And what was true for all previous issues of Ride is no different for issue 02/2017: above-average quality pictures, a loving design and a varied lounge with lots of interesting and unusual news from the sport of mountain biking.
