Who hasn't experienced it: your speed drops, your heart rate rises, your nerves flutter and your heart races. This state is called anxiety. In the June issue, Ride gets to the bottom of this feeling and shows how professionals deal with it - and how normal bikers can benefit from these experiences on their next trail descent. For example, on one of the featured tours: including the unknown Hehbord trail near Saas-Grund. Or the fun and now well-known gondola tour in Nauders. There is also a report on the Tour d'Anniviers, a singletrail firework display in the shadow of major tours such as the Illhorn, Meidpass or Argentinian Trail. And last but not least: The Alp Clünas route in Scuol, which is no longer an insider tip thanks to Danny MacAskill.
 
Trails are also the focus of other great stories in Ride 03/2018, such as the adventurous crossing of Lesotho in southern Africa. Or the portrait of Sebastian Föhrt, product manager at Cube, who can't be dissuaded from biking despite having only 10 percent vision.
 
Logically, bike and accessory tests are just as much a part of the June issue of Ride as the varied lounge or the bike presentations in large format. And what has been true for all previous issues of Ride is no different for issue 03/2018: above-average quality images, a loving design and a varied lounge with lots of interesting and unusual news from the world of mountain biking.
