The Niwen, also known as "Einigs Alichji", is located at the entrance to the Lötschental and is a little-known mountain bike trail with an almost endless descent down to Gampel. The Goldsee Trail on the Stilfserjoch is no stranger, and is now one of the great South Tyrolean mountain bike highlights. The combination with the Bimbam Trail makes the route a great enduro experience. And finally, the Seblengrat ridge is also on the menu for the June edition. The singletrail tour in Glarnerland has the makings of a classic.

A good dose of adventure makes the issue even more special: Ride traveled to the Kurdistan region of war-torn Iraq in search of the latest bike spot and brought home a unique report.

The July issue is also packed with background reports. Ride investigated the question of why there have been hardly any cases of doping in mountain biking in recent years. There is also a large compilation on how mountain railroads can prepare for the future with and thanks to mountain bikers.

But the July issue has even more to offer. Bike and accessory tests are of course just as much a part of it as the varied lounge or the photo series by selected photographers. And what has been true for all previous issues of Ride is no different for issue 04/2021: above-average quality images, a loving design and a varied lounge with lots of interesting and unusual news from the sport of mountain biking.
