In April, the mountain bike season is in full swing in the foothills of the Alps and in the southern regions. In line with this, Ride is publishing a comprehensive report on Lake Garda in the April issue, the Methuselah of mountain biking regions, so to speak. There is also the Einsiedeln Kretenweg, a trail highlight just outside the urban region of Zurich. The third in the group is the fantastic Three Lakes Tour in the Upper Black Forest.

The travel story is spectacular: Ride photographer Martin Bissig and adventurer Gerhard Czerner brought home stunning pictures and an extraordinary story from Kyrgyzstan.

The issue also contains a major report on the mountain bike scene in Zurich. This joins the earlier reports from Stuttgart (2024) and Innsbruck (2023). The April issue also feels the temperature of the feverish bike industry with a detailed industry analysis.

The issue also includes the large lounge with lots of information and news from the mountain bike sport, a test series on current mountain bikes worth riding and the legendary Chickenline.
