Kurbeldreher AG is a young, innovative, and expert bike shop in Neftenbach.

We serve our customers with bicycles and e-bikes in all categories. With custom builds, hand-built wheels, and high quality standards, we deliberately set ourselves apart from the crowd.

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR

To strengthen our team, we’re looking for a:

WORKSHOP SPECIALIST / BICYCLE MECHANIC (m/f/d) 100%

Your primary workplace is our workshop. You’ll carry out your assignments independently, organize your daily work, and keep track of upcoming tasks.

When needed, you’ll also support the team in sales and customer service.

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE

• Completed training as a bicycle mechanic (EFZ) or equivalent professional experience
• Sufficient experience to perform repairs and service tasks independently and safely
• High quality standards and a passion for clean, precise work
• You can organize your assignments independently and keep track of the workshop’s workload
• Experience with modern bicycles and e-bikes, as well as an interest in the latest technology
• A sense of responsibility, reliability, and a structured approach to work
• Enjoyment of customer interaction and a willingness to help out in sales when needed
• Basic computer skills

Important: For this position, we are specifically looking for someone with vocational training or relevant professional experience. This position is not suitable for career changers without workshop experience.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

Workshop & Technology

• Independently performing repair and maintenance work on bicycles and e-bikes
• Diagnostics, maintenance, and software work on e-bikes
• Assembly of new bikes and custom builds
• Accurate documentation and processing of your workshop orders
• Independent planning and prioritization of upcoming tasks
• Ensuring our high quality standards

Customers & Sales

• Receiving and returning repairs
• Providing technical advice to our customers
• Assistance with the sale of bicycles, e-bikes, and accessories as needed
