Customer Service – Sales / Logistics

• Solid practical knowledge of bicycles and related accessories
• Fluent command of German
• Team player with a knack for sales; mechanical aptitude is a plus
• Willingness to work on Saturdays and a high degree of independence

• Tech-savvy

   

• Your responsibilities: 
• Sales and technical consulting for the bike and equipment product line
• Communication with customers and suppliers 
• Receiving and dispatching new and serviced bikes
• Master data maintenance and inventory management
• Helping to shape the product range

• Workload 80–100%
